Individual therapy x 60 minutes: $150
Individual therapy x 100 minutes: $300
Sliding scale (discounted rates) is available for certain cases; please inquire if you are interested.
Family sessions can also be arranged as an adjunct to individual therapy on an as-needed basis.
In-person, virtual, and hybrid options are available. I am not accepting insurance at this time, but I can provide superbills. I accept credit and debit cards, HSA & FSA cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due at each session.
Good Faith Estimate
You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) of what the charges could be for counseling services provided to you at Lunar Lotus Counseling, PLLC. While it is not possible for a counselor to know in advance how many counseling sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services to be provided. Your total cost of services will depend on the number of counseling sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This document will be provided to you with intake paperwork.
